I acknowledge that I am not a medical professional, counselor, or accountant, and I will not provide any medical, legal, or tax advice.

I understand that readings by Florence Fortunes are intended to offer insight into my personal, business, and professional life and do not constitute medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. I also understand that Florence Fortunes has no control over who or what comes through in the reading or what is discussed.

I take full responsibility and agree not to discuss my session with Florence Fortunes or disclose the information publicly, including but not limited to social and public media outlets.

I understand that only I am permitted to be in the reading room during my session.

I agree not to hold Florence Fortunes, affiliates, or property liable for any damages or losses resulting from this reading.

I understand that once a booking is confirmed, cancellation is allowed only once and is non-refundable.

For Visio appointments, I understand that Florence Fortunes will initiate the call. I must allow for a 15-minute window from the scheduled start time of my appointment.

Due to privacy regulations, audio and video recordings are strictly prohibited during the session. However, clients are encouraged to take their own notes.
